Customer Advisor with Counter Duties (80 - 100%)

Your daily routine with us:

Customer zone: In our customer zone, you are the first point of contact for our customers.

Cash management: You manage your own cash desk for cash transactions, safe deposit boxes, and other counter duties of daily business.

All about the customer: You handle exciting tasks in the areas of payments, savings, pension provision, and investments.

The first impression: With your cheerful manner, you ensure a friendly reception of our customers in the customer zone.

Adding value: You address our daily customers with concerns in the areas of financing, investing, or pension provision and refer them to the respective customer advisors.

Promotions: With your active assistance, you support the organisation and implementation of our sales campaigns and promotions.

Organisational talent: You assist the team with administrative tasks and ensure quality at our counter.

How do you inspire us?

Basics: A completed banking apprenticeship or a commercial education with solid experience in banking (counter).

Know-how: You are proficient in MS Office. If you have already worked with Finnova, that is a big plus!

Appearance: You have a neat, confident appearance and a winning charisma.

Working style: You think service-oriented, act responsibly, and work efficiently as well as independently.
