In this key position, you will assume overall responsibility for the Cash Service, lead a dedicated team, and ensure first-class service at all times as well as the consistent compliance with all regulatory and security-related requirements.
Job Description
* Professional leadership of the cash and counter team at several locations
* Responsibility for all cash and foreign currency transactions as well as precious metal transactions
* Ensuring the correct safekeeping of assets and compliance with all security regulations
* Monitoring regulatory requirements (AML/KYC) and adherence to internal guidelines
* Reconciliation of cash balances and ensuring error-free bookkeeping
* Ensuring first-class and discreet customer service
* Deployment and holiday planning of the team to ensure smooth operations
* Support and participation in national and international payment transactions
Profile sought
* Completed banking training or a comparable commercial education
* Several years of professional experience (at least 5 years) in the cash department of a bank or a comparable financial institution
* Leadership experience and enthusiasm for staff development
* Knowledge of payment transactions and ideally in the area of compliance/KYC
* High trustworthiness, sense of responsibility, and discretion
* Strong service and customer orientation
* Very good German and English skills
