We are one of the leading Swiss providers in the development, manufacture and distribution of high-quality furniture for schools, care, office as well as design classics. At our location in Rüti, we employ around 200 staff, about half of whom work in production.

Your tasks:

Your tasks

• Creating quotations, independent order processing and monitoring
• Scheduling and process coordination of customer and sample orders
• Telephone support for customers and our specialist trade
• Processing of tenders
• Project assistance
• Support at trade fairs and events
• Advising customers in our showroom

Qualifications:

Your profile

• You have completed commercial training, possess technical understanding and have already gained experience in a comparable position, ideally in a production company.
• Your working style is structured, independent and solution-oriented.
• You keep an overview even in hectic situations and always act customer-oriented.
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form are required; good English and French skills are an advantage.
• You work confidently and routinely with MS Office; preferably you also have knowledge of a planning tool such as pCon.
• Flexibility, resilience and teamwork complete your profile.
