Trust Officer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 90,000Role:
As a Trust Officer, you are responsible for supporting the trust team in handling fiduciary tasks and client care. You contribute to the efficiency and accuracy of financial and tax documentation and ensure the smooth handling of daily tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Handling accounting tasks, including recording and posting of documents
- Preparation and management of financial and tax documents, such as annual financial statements and tax returns
- Support in preparing reports and analyses for clients and management
- Conducting controls and audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Communication with clients and authorities to handle enquiries and audits
- Supporting the trust team with administrative tasks and project work
Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training in trust, accounting or finance
- Initial professional experience in the trust sector is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of accounting, tax law and financial management
- Good organisational skills and reliability
- Confident use of trust software and MS Office
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
