As a professional, you are responsible for providing high-quality care and support to the residents. Thanks to your responsible and independent way of working, you can also handle demanding situations at night on your own.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS)
- Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Independence and initiative
- Conscientious working style and interconnected thinking
- Service and customer orientation
- Open and constructive personality
