All-rounder Technical Services 100% (m/f/d) – Focus on Sanitary

You are a sanitary installer or have solid knowledge in the sanitary field but do not want to do the same thing every day? Then this position might suit you. Our Technical Services are as versatile as our establishment. Each of our all-rounders brings their own professional strengths, and together we ensure that everything runs smoothly in daily operations. To complement our team, we are looking for a skilled craftsman with core competence in the sanitary field. At the same time, you are a true all-rounder: you pitch in wherever you are needed and enjoy taking on tasks outside your usual area of expertise.

Your tasks

• Independent execution of sanitary and maintenance work
• General maintenance and repair work
• Inspection and maintenance tasks in daily operations
• Care and maintenance of building technology systems
• Support with heating and building automation
• Direct contact with guests and tenants
• Support at events including setup, dismantling, and supervision
• On-call, evening, and occasional weekend shifts

Your profile

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a sanitary installer EFZ
• Alternatively, solid practical knowledge and experience in the sanitary field
• Broad technical and manual understanding
• Interest or experience in building technology, heating, and building automation
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
• Enjoyment of an exceptionally varied working day
• Team spirit and pleasure in contact with different people
• Good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
• Commute that allows participation in on-call duty (max. 1 hour)

In the heart of Zurich city is the Stiftung zum Glockenhaus. It provides the Cevi Zurich with properties and premises for its club activities. To finance its foundation purpose, it operates the 4* Superior Hotel Glockenhof and rents out conference rooms in the event centre.
