Job Profile

Automotive specialists perform system tests on commercial vehicles with combustion engines and alternative drive concepts and carry out maintenance work. In addition, repair work on vehicle systems is part of the job-specific tasks. These systems include chassis, engine and drive as well as electrical, electronic, comfort, and safety systems. For commercial vehicles, compressed air systems are also checked and programmed. Furthermore, components for trailer operation and various body systems are maintained.

Requirements

Completed secondary school, intermediate level
AGVS aptitude test (www.agvs.ch)
German, mathematics, and physics at least grade 4.5
