Service Technician Heat Pumps Central Plateau 80 - 100 % (m/f)

Tasks:

• Management of your service area 
• Commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting of modern heat pump systems
• Service work on the entire periphery of heat generation
• Independent fault diagnosis and rectification of technical faults
• Analysis and optimisation of existing systems
• Competent advice and support of customers on site
• Support of customers via remote maintenance and telephone support
• Independent planning and organisation of your daily service assignments
• Occasional on-call duty, approx. every four weeks – 80% can be resolved via remote maintenance

Profile:

• Technical basic training as a heating installer, refrigeration system fitter, electrician or in a comparable technical profession
• Sound practical knowledge in heat pump technology
• Experience with commissioning, maintenance, fault diagnosis and repairs of heat pump systems
• Good understanding of hydraulic, electrical and control engineering contexts
• Knowledge of the entire periphery of a modern heating system
• Knowledge of oil and gas technology is an advantage
• Strong independence and enjoyment in solving technical problems responsibly
• Confident and customer-oriented manner
