• Ensuring first-class jewellery customer service for all Bucherer retail stores at home and abroad
• Central interface function between our sales teams, jewellery suppliers and internal specialist departments
• Coordination and monitoring of product transfers between locations
• Independent processing of individual customer orders
• Creation and follow-up of quotations
• Assumption of diverse administrative and organisational tasks

What you bring with you

• Completed commercial training or retail training with experience in commercial activities
• Experience in the jewellery, watch or luxury goods industry is an advantage
• Strong service and customer orientation combined with a high quality standard
• Independent, structured and precise way of working as well as strong organisational skills
• Confident handling of common MS Office applications and ERP systems
• High resilience, flexibility and reliability, even in a dynamic environment
• Team-oriented personality with a professional and well-groomed appearance
• Quick comprehension and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
• Confident German language skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form
• Home office is not possible for this role
