Leadership, HR Administration and Process Development in One Role

You bring solid experience in HR, enjoy taking responsibility and want not only to lead a team but to develop it together?

For our client in the healthcare sector, we are looking for a committed leader for HR Administration. In this versatile role, you will lead a six-member team, ensure professional administrative HR processes, and actively shape their further development and digitalisation.

Your Responsibilities

• Professional and personnel management of the HR administration team with six employees
• Ensuring professional and timely personnel administration from entry to exit
• Central contact person for administrative HR queries within the organisation
• Further development, standardisation and digitalisation of existing HR processes
• Close collaboration with HR Business Partners, Payroll, IT as well as internal and external bodies
• Preparation of HR reports and analyses as well as participation in HR projects and change initiatives

Your Profile

• Further training as an HR specialist with a federal certificate or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in an HR role, ideally in a dynamic and multilingual environment
• Confident handling of ERP systems and strong digital affinity, SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage
• Fluent German or French skills with very good knowledge of the other language
• Independent, proactive and solution-oriented working style as well as pronounced interconnected thinking
• Communicative and service-oriented leadership personality with a hands-on mentality
