Lamineries MATTHEY is a company of the Notz Metall AG group and is located in La Neuveville (BE). It has undoubtedly established itself, for 125 years, as one of the world leaders in the metallurgical field of high-precision cold rolling.

We produce custom precision metal strips in a wide range of alloys for clients worldwide, active in demanding sectors such as high watchmaking, advanced connectivity, automotive, aerospace, and precision mechanics.

We are looking for:

Maintenance Manager

Your tasks:

• You manage our maintenance department as well as complex interdisciplinary projects and external service providers.
• You and your team must ensure machine availability, control costs and deadlines, and ensure technical execution and performance.
• We also expect the candidate to suggest and implement technical modifications aimed at improving processes in terms of cost and productivity in collaboration with various departments (production, methods, etc.)

Your profile:

• Engineer with good knowledge of electricity and mechanics, automation, hydraulics, and control systems.
• You have proven experience in managing maintenance and investment projects as well as strong interpersonal skills; experience in the metal processing industry is desirable.
• Good knowledge of German and English is necessary.
• Dynamic and communicative, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proactive, reliable.
• Autonomous and structured working method.
