In this versatile role, you are the central hub between customers, service technicians, and sales. You coordinate service assignments efficiently, professionally support our customers, and assist the internal sales department. A special focus is on supporting our customers in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

Your tasks
- You take on a central hub function with a great deal of personal responsibility and direct influence on customer satisfaction
- You organise service assignments in the German-speaking part of Switzerland and Romandy, delighting customers with professional service
- You can expect a varied role with close interaction between service, sales, and logistics
- You work in a collegial team with modern tools and short decision-making paths
- You actively support sales success and contribute daily to efficient processes and satisfied customers
Your profile
- Commercial or technical basic training with experience in dispatch, customer service, or internal sales
- Very good German and French skills as well as confident IT user skills (ideally Abacus)
- Organisational talent with technical understanding and a networked way of thinking
- Customer-oriented, communicative, and service-strong personality
- Independent, reliable, and resilient working style with pronounced team spirit and high personal responsibility
