At our site in Kreuzlingen (TG) on Lake Constance, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible:

Senior Demand Planner (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Creation and maintenance of short-, medium- and long-term demand planning at customer, product and aggregated levels, taking into account historical data, customer forecasts and business assumptions
• Consolidation and validation of all relevant demand information (forecasts, market and business assumptions)
• Ensuring a realistic and actionable plan in close coordination with sales, customer service and supply chain
• Maintenance, approval and continuous optimisation of the forecast in the ERP system (SAP)
• Active participation and leadership of the demand review within the S&OP process
• Analysis of forecast deviations and derivation and implementation of improvement measures to increase planning accuracy
• Preparation of reports, key figures and decision-making bases for supply chain management and executive management
• Support of production and supply chain planning through transparent, reliable and actionable demand data, aiming for optimal resource utilisation and factory capacity
• Key user function for demand planning systems including support and process optimisation
• Participation in cross-departmental projects for continuous improvement of planning and supply chain processes

We expect:

• Completed studies or further training in supply chain management, business administration or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in demand planning, supply chain management or production planning
• Sound knowledge of demand planning and S&OP processes
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented working style
• High personal responsibility and independent working
• Strong communication skills and assertiveness
• Teamwork and cross-departmental thinking
• Proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Very good IT skills (especially SAP - PP and MM, MS Office)
