How you contribute to health
- Manage contact points within deadlines in the areas of telephone, email, postal codes, task processing from the CRM, and physical mail
- Advise and sell insurance solutions tailored to the client’s needs
- Ensure optimal service aimed at customer satisfaction and portfolio maintenance
- Prepare offers and correspondence in the private client sector
- Follow up and actively process sent offers
- Apply measures aimed at portfolio retention and customer recovery
- Communicate decisions regarding risk analysis to clients
What sets you apart
- Commercial apprenticeship certificate (CFC) or equivalent training
- Experience in insurance or brokerage
- AFA Certification
- Clean criminal record and debt enforcement office extract
- Excellent oral and written communication in French and English, German is an asset
- Very good command of common IT tools
- Sense of discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to communicate easily, interpersonal skills
- Autonomy, professional awareness and initiative
