You manage demanding construction sites in utility line construction from work preparation to successful handover. In doing so, you plan and coordinate the deployment of employees, machinery, and materials. You also monitor schedules, costs, quality, and ensure occupational safety. As the central contact person for clients, planners, authorities, and subcontractors, you confidently negotiate project adjustments.

Your Skills 

• Qualification as a certified construction manager SBA, in construction planning (HF), degree (FH/HF) in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience in civil and utility line construction
• Experience in managing complex construction sites from work preparation to handover
• Proficient in Sorba, SAP and Microsoft Project/Office
• Organisational talent, enjoyment of teamwork and openness in collaboration
• You assert yourself and communicate clearly
• Entrepreneurial spirit, quality awareness and confident demeanour
• Very good German; additional national languages are an advantage 
• Driving licence available
