We are looking for you as

All-rounder:in Swimming Pool Restaurant Summer Season 2026 (m|f|d)

hourly wage | start from May 2026 or by arrangement

Workplaces: Outdoor pool Solothurn, Römerstrasse 43, 4500 Solothurn | Eichholz swimming pool, Schwimmbadstrasse 1, 4563 Gerlafingen

Do you enjoy working in the lively swimming pool operation and like to pitch in – whether at the till, in the kitchen or restocking? Then become part of our team in the swimming pool restaurants Solothurn and Gerlafingen and help us ensure a thoroughly successful swimming pool day.

These are your tasks with us

• Working in the kitchen (e.g. frying hamburgers, preparing hot dogs, frying chips)

• Operating the till including cashing up

• Various cleaning tasks (terrace, washing up etc.)

• Restocking goods (kiosk, drinks, pastries, salad etc.)

• Assisting with events and banquets

Important to know

Deployments depend on the weather – on busy days there can be long shifts (> 8 h), in bad weather also

short shifts (< 3 h). In exceptional cases (e.g. events) a shift can last into the night. Therefore, we cannot offer a position

with a fixed workload. You will usually be assigned to one swimming pool, occasional shifts at the other pool are possible.

You bring with you

• You are of legal age and live in the area

• German language skills at least level B2 are mandatory

• Neat appearance and friendly manner with guests

• High flexibility: work schedules are created only for the following week

• Weekend work is unavoidable (we especially rely on support at weekends)

• Minimum duration: at least 6 weeks (at 100%) – can also be planned spread over the season

• Known dates/holidays please register early (preferably before the swimming pool season starts)

What we offer you

• Gross hourly wage CHF 25.00 (incl. public holidays/holidays/13th month salary)

on an hourly wage basis | 20-40% workload (Saturday and/or Sunday) | immediate or by arrangement

• Friendly and service-oriented advice to our customers

• Selling and attractive presentation of our patisserie and confectionery specialties

• Ensuring a neat and inviting product presentation

• Independent operation of the till including daily closing

• Careful packaging of products and gift items

• Compliance with our hygiene, quality and service standards

• Support with general cleaning and maintenance tasks in the sales area

You bring with you:

• Completed training as retail assistant EBA or professional EFZ is an advantage

• Enjoyment of sales and dealing with people

• Friendly, neat and open appearance

• Independent and reliable working style

• Team spirit and flexibility

• Enjoyment of high-quality food and well-presented products

• Calmness even in busy situations

• Good German language skills

Working hours:

• Deployments only on Saturday and Sunday planned
