Your tasks:

• Management, coordination and handling of new build and refurbishment projects from development through planning, realisation up to and including commissioning
• Overall responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality in architectural contracts and/or general contractor/specialist contractor contracts
• Contact person for our clients, authorities, planning teams
• Ensuring project requirements and objectives
• Preparation of condition analyses, renovation concepts and feasibility studies

Your profile:

• Basic construction technical training with further education at FH/HF level or in project management
• Understanding of plans, quality awareness, cost consciousness
• Leadership skills in various construction projects
• Analytical and solution-oriented thinking
• Confidence in communication, both spoken and written
• High customer orientation
• Reliability, conscientiousness, resilience, team player
