YOUR ROLE

As a Senior Mendix Manager, you will lead the delivery of Mendix-based solutions for our clients, driving digital transformation through rapid application development. You will manage teams, engage with stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of scalable, maintainable, and business-critical applications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead Mendix project delivery from design to deployment
• Define architecture and development standards for Mendix applications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Manage and mentor Mendix developers and junior consultants
• Ensure quality, performance, and compliance of delivered applications
• Support pre-sales activities and contribute to solution proposals
• Stay up to date with Mendix platform updates and best practices

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience in Mendix development and architecture
• Proven track record of leading Mendix projects end-to-end
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Experience with integration (REST, SOAP, databases, SAP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Mendix Advanced or Expert certification preferred
• Fluent in English; German and/or French are a strong asset
• 5+ years of experience in Mendix development and architecture
