Construction Manager Building Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- Planning and coordination of construction projects in building construction
- Monitoring and control of the construction project, including scheduling and quality assurance
- Leadership and coordination of architects, engineers and other specialists on site
- Conducting surveys and calculations
- Monitoring the budget and progress of projects
- Customer support and advice
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a certified construction manager building construction HF or comparable qualification
- Experience as a construction manager in building construction
- Good knowledge in planning and coordination of construction projects in building construction
- Experience in leading and coordinating architects, engineers and other specialists on site
- Good knowledge in budget and schedule monitoring of construction projects
- Good customer orientation and communication skills
