SANITIZED AG develops technologies for odour regulation in textiles as well as for the protection of colours, coatings and polymer materials. For over 90 years, we have been developing innovative solutions in Switzerland that are now used by customers worldwide.

We operate our IT infrastructure together with our external IT partner in a "Shared Cloud Environment Model". To complement our internal IT team, we are looking for an

IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN (40% - 60%)

What to expect:

• Together with your team colleague, you are responsible for first-level support for users, applications and ICT systems
• Support of the MS 365 and partly Citrix environment as well as support of our employees at the headquarters in Switzerland, Europe, the USA, China and India
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of hardware and software
• User and permission profile management, central management of software licences and end devices
• Coordination of application and server updates with software providers and external IT partner
• Continuous review of IT security measures, evaluation and implementation of new security requirements and standards in consultation with the external IT partner
• Participation in or management of projects for the further development of IT and the digitalisation of business processes
• Support of technical building installations as well as coordination with external providers

What you bring:

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ, ICT supporter or comparable qualification
• Experience in first-level support
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AD, SharePoint, Copilot and MS Defender is an advantage
• Enjoy supporting users competently and solution-oriented
• Independent, proactive and structured working style with strong organisational talent
• Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a pragmatic "hands-on" mentality
• Very good German and English skills
• Communicative, service- and team-oriented personality
