• Development, implementation, and evaluation of individual therapy plans to improve swallowing function and communication ability
• Implementation of decannulation measures in close collaboration with doctors, nursing staff, and physiotherapists
• Guidance and counseling of patients, relatives, and nursing staff in dealing with tracheostomies
• Documentation and evaluation of therapy progress according to clinical standards

• Completed studies in speech therapy (with EDK recognition or willingness to obtain it)
• Certified further training in tracheostomy management
• Experience in rehabilitative therapy, dysphagia, and tracheostomy management
• Enjoy working independently and closely with patients in an interprofessional team
• Sense of responsibility, willingness to reflect, as well as high social and communication skills
• Very good oral and written German and English skills
