To complement our Category Management team, we are looking for a
Purchasing Clerk 100% (m/f/d) with immediate effect or by arrangement
This is where your enthusiasm bubbles over:
- Independent operational procurement of our products from national and international suppliers
- Monitoring orders, delivery dates, and product availability and actively following up
- Organising transport and imports as well as handling customs and import documents
- Checking supplier invoices and conditions
- Preparing preliminary calculations and processing import dossiers
- Keeping an eye on stock levels, coverage, and best-before dates and initiating measures early
- Working closely with Product & Brand Management, Logistics, and Sales
- Questioning delivery conditions and independently achieving good solutions in smaller negotiations
- Maintaining master data and processes accurately and actively contributing improvement potential
- Consistently using existing digital tools and participating in the further development of our purchasing processes
This is what you have in your range:
- Commercial training and ideally some experience in purchasing, scheduling, or import
- Very good digital skills and enjoyment of ERP systems, Excel, and data-based work
- Negotiation skills and the courage to inquire and renegotiate with suppliers
- Independent, precise, and structured working style
- Numerical understanding and entrepreneurial thinking
- Solution-oriented personality
- Good German skills; English for collaboration with international suppliers
- Interest in wine, spirits, and beverages is a plus – but not a must
