Introduction

Since 1993, Harsch Immobilien-Treuhand AG has stood for solid expertise and reliability in property management. Our portfolio includes properties throughout the Linth region as well as in the neighbouring areas of March, Höfe, Glarnerland, Gasterland and See-Gaster. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual to support our condominium owners' associations.

Responsibilities

In this versatile position, you will take on the following tasks, among others:

• Independent management of condominium owners' associations
• Organisation and chairing of owners' meetings
• Preparation of budgets and annual financial statements
• Coordination and supervision of maintenance and renovation work
• Maintaining relationships with owners and service providers
• Ensuring professional and efficient administration

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you ideally bring the following qualifications:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Further education in the real estate sector (e.g. property manager with a federal professional certificate) is an advantage
• Possibly experience in managing condominium ownership
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Good IT skills (MS Office, property management software)
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
