• In the absence of the team leader, you act as deputy and take responsibility for the team as well as the smooth running of daily care

• You are committed to holistic, individual and resource-oriented care of older people and promote their independence, quality of life and dignity

What you bring with you

• Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH
• Work experience in geriatrics or acute geriatrics is an advantage
• Initial leadership experience or interest in taking on responsibility in management
• Decision-making ability, sense of responsibility and empathy
• Strong communication skills, conflict resolution skills and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
• High social competence as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented working style
