Responsibilities:
Managing assigned countries and handling commercial business transactions.
Processing international customer orders from quotation to shipment.
Monitoring outstanding receivables and conducting debtor management.
Preparing and reviewing export-relevant documents in compliance with national regulations.
Coordinating transport by land, air, and sea.
Handling international payment securities, especially letters of credit and CAD.
Reviewing contractual agreements and controlling agreed delivery conditions.
Providing professional support to sales and coordinating with customer service and after-sales.
Qualifications:
Commercial apprenticeship and ideally further training in foreign trade or export.
Several years of practical experience in international order and export processing.
Knowledge of the application of preferential origin rules and cross-trade business.
Experience with international customs procedures, preferably also with EU customs clearance.
Confident use of MS Office and commercial application systems.
Analytical understanding and a strong affinity for administrative processes.
Independent working style, negotiation skills, and clear communication.
Very good German and good English skills; additional languages are welcome.
