Apprentice Designer EFZ (m/f/d)

At STOBAG, we develop and design our products ourselves. This means you can expect a wide variety of materials and manufacturing methods (extrusion, casting, milling/turning parts... and much more). This will provide you with an excellent foundation of expertise for your future career as a designer.

In our development department, the design software "Solid Works" is used to create 3D models and 2D drawings. Based on this data, we can have the self-developed parts manufactured exactly as needed for a high-quality product.

Our designers accompany the product development process from start to market launch. Changes to existing products are also part of the wide range of activities with us. Here, there are almost no limits to variety and challenge. With our 3D printer, prototypes and your own ideas can quickly become reality. Close collaboration and knowledge exchange with other departments and professions are highly valued and offer exciting insights.

What you bring

• Completion of district school or secondary school with good grades, especially in mathematics (algebra & geometry) and science & technology
• Interest in technical contexts and mechanics
• Understanding of technical and abstract relationships
• Spatial imagination
• Precise and careful working method and high reliability
• Organisational talent and enjoyment in using digital tools
• Independent, responsible and goal-oriented behaviour
• Team spirit and pleasant manners (social and self-competence report: good to very good)
