Your area of responsibility
- Robot welding
- Operation and monitoring of robot welding systems
- Setting up, converting and optimising the robots (e.g. MIG/MAG)
- Adjusting and programming the welding programmes
- Manual TIG welding (WIG)
- Precise welding of stainless medical technology components
- Visual and dimensional inspection of seams according to ISO 13485
- Spot welding
- Operation of resistance spot welding systems
- Ensuring reproducible and process-capable weld points
- Bending / sheet metal processing
- Setting up and operating CNC bending presses
- Production of precise sheet metal components in small and medium series
- Quality and process assurance
- Carrying out final inspection according to ISO 13485
- Participation in process optimisations and improvement projects
- Compliance with all quality, safety and documentation regulations
- Maintenance
- Carrying out simple maintenance and servicing measures
Your profile
- Completed technical vocational training, e.g.:
- Plant and apparatus builder
- Metalworker
- Production mechanic
- or similar technical training
- Experience in at least one of the following areas is an advantage:
- Robot welding (ABB, KUKA, Fanuc, Yaskawa)
- TIG manual welding (WIG)
- Spot welding
- CNC bending
- Knowledge of MIG/MAG processes desirable
- Quality-conscious, careful and structured way of working
- Motivation to contribute in a regulated medical technology environment
- Teamwork, flexibility and reliability
- Willingness to work shifts (if required)
- German comprehension in spoken and written form at least at level A2
