Your tasks & responsibilities
- As a curious, passionate, and authentic technology expert, you are familiar with the Microsoft 365 suite, including the following services: SharePoint Online, SharePoint Migration Tool, and Teams.
- Your area of responsibility covers the entire project cycle from proposal creation (solution suggestions, demos, cost estimates), requirements analysis, design, implementation, and testing of sophisticated solutions in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365, to customer support during the introduction and operation of these solutions.
- You are also responsible for migrating existing data and files to SharePoint Online and creating the associated customer documentation.
- Actively developing and finding integrations that combine the various tools into profitable solutions from the customer’s perspective is one of your core tasks.
- You work in a team using agile methodologies and develop customer-specific solutions both independently and collaboratively.
- Insights into the IT infrastructures of many customers provide you with a broad range of experience, ensuring you stay technologically up to date.
What you bring with you
- A successfully completed degree in computer science / business informatics or a completed IT vocational training with comparable qualifications forms your professional foundation.
- Experience in implementing and consulting on projects with SharePoint Online (from an administrator’s perspective).
- Knowledge of PowerShell and the PnP Provisioning Framework is an advantage.
- Interest in the Microsoft Graph API and other interfaces for integration.
- Commitment and enthusiasm to always learn new things.
- Interest in a rapidly changing IT tool landscape.
- Professional demeanour and enjoyment in dealing with people (customers and team).
- Passion and enthusiasm for close customer consulting and possibly even coaching / workshops.
- Solution- and team-oriented thinking, initiative, and independence.
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
