We are looking for an

Operative*r Asset Manager*in

Your Tasks

• Asset-specific budget and investment planning (e.g. replacement investments, expansion and optimisation projects) involving the technical and commercial operations as well as strategic asset management
• Monitoring of safety and emergency management
• Conducting analyses and forecasts (economic, scenario, trend) to determine future requirements, based on operational data, technical expertise, commercial insights and project business data
• Development and optimisation of asset-specific maintenance strategies according to the lifecycle phase in collaboration with technical operations
• Identification of potential optimisation measures through analysis of trends and KPIs
• Systematic evaluation and documentation, especially of large or critical assets
• Management of operational risks related to maintenance and operation of the assets

Your Profile

• University degree (ETH/FH) in engineering or a comparable field, ideally with knowledge in energy supply, infrastructure or building technology
• Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial understanding, especially in the evaluation of investments, maintenance strategies and lifecycle costs of assets
• Experience in asset management or related areas such as project management, operations or maintenance of technical assets - ideally in the energy or building technology sector
• Analytical skills and experience working with technical and economic data, e.g. for creating forecasts, scenarios or risk analyses
• Communication and coordination skills in an interdisciplinary environment, combined with an independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
