Mid-Office Assistant, 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract Mid-Office

Your Role

• Support Relationship Managers in their daily administrative activities related to clients (Wealth Management clients and medium and large enterprises)
• Preparation and follow-up of client meetings in collaboration with Relationship Managers in the financing and investment sector
• Conducting credit analyses, preparing credit requests and developing investment profiles
• Settlement of foreign exchange and money market transactions, recording stock exchange orders
• Assistance with onboarding new clients, including complex KYC verification processes
• Monitoring and supervising client portfolios in terms of deadlines and internal compliance within the required timeframes
• Welcoming clients and occasional cover at the cashier or reception in case of absence

Your Profile

With a basic banking education, you have gained at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. You have a good knowledge of classic investment and financing products, as well as the service offering of a universal bank, and have acquired experience in the KYC sector. Proficiency in Avaloq is an advantage. You are a committed, versatile, autonomous and quick person who values teamwork and stands out for discretion when interacting with demanding clients. As a native Italian speaker, you also have a good knowledge of French and English or French and German.
