WHAT YOU DO
As a Department Manager Trainee, you will gradually develop into the role of Department Manager. You will learn to support your team and promote an inclusive culture that strengthens collaboration and entrepreneurial thinking. In doing so, you will work closely with leaders to ensure an excellent operational and visual experience for customers and colleagues in the store.
You:
- support ensuring a strong visual and commercial presentation to provide a great shopping experience for our customers using service tools.
- analyze sales and budget targets together with experienced leaders and develop optimization measures.
- assist with task and staff scheduling as well as organizing operational processes – from the sales floor to storage areas, including cash register and fitting room routines, as well as daily store opening and closing.
- actively participate in recruiting, onboarding, and regular feedback discussions, and learn how to strategically support the individual development of employees.
- have the ability to express yourself clearly and service-oriented in German (at least B2).
- actively support our apprentices in the store and possess the required qualification as an apprentice trainer in Switzerland.
