Responsibilities:
Record international customer orders and coordinate their processing in the ERP system.
Create, check and prepare export documents for shipping.
Monitor delivery dates and coordinate goods preparation with internal departments.
Prepare shipping documents for national and international deliveries.
Handle customer enquiries regarding orders, deliveries and complaints.
Coordinate in case of discrepancies between order, delivery and customer specifications.
Create sales statistics and prepare relevant analyses for sales.
Maintain master data and support improvements in workflows and processes.
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship with professional experience in export or international shipping.
Two to three years of practical experience in order processing, internal sales or customer service.
Knowledge in creating and processing export and shipping documents.
Experience with ERP systems; good user skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
Structured and independent working style with strong organisational talent.
Confident handling of customers as well as internal and external contacts.
Flexibility and initiative in various administrative tasks.
Very good German skills and good to very good English skills, both spoken and written.
