tasks

• as an all-rounder, you will process and accompany demanding conversion and construction projects
• the focus is on project development, project management and execution, design only for projects you handle yourself
• furthermore, you will participate in the design of renovation projects and new buildings as well as in cost estimation
• the implementation of building permit procedures as well as project and execution planning also belong to your demanding area of responsibility
• if suitable and interested, there is the possibility to prepare condition analyses of existing properties
• the workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

requirements

• you have a Swiss education / further training as an architect
• alternatively, a construction draftsman / architectural draftsman or bricklayer / carpenter with further training as a construction manager, project manager or construction technician HF building construction is also conceivable
