About the job
Activities- Implementation of the phase goals set out in the MNA framework concept
- Social pedagogical work with the youth (reference person work) including documentation, support planning and objectives according to the framework concept, continuous case management and IAS
- Regular exchange and cooperation with support persons
- Responsible for all measures for social integration and securing social needs
- Conveying local social norms and values
- Intervening in crisis situations, managing conflicts and supporting in difficult situations
- Supporting the integration of clients into education and the labor market
- Advising on social and legal issues as well as referring to specialized services
- Identifying resources and networks to support clients
- Organizing and conducting group activities and workshops
Requirements
- Tertiary education: Advanced professional examination or equivalent (Federal Diploma / Postgraduate HF studies) in social or childhood pedagogy (HF or FH)
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
- Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
- Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record, and special private extract)
- German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
- English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
