These are your tasks

• You are responsible for the administrative processing of assistive device supplies in rehabilitation technology and orthopaedic technology (preparing and sending offers, following up with cost bearers, creating delivery notes, preparing reports, maintaining master data, etc.).
• You are responsible for scheduling appointments for service & repairs, new and sports equipment, special construction SOB and assistive device consultations, including any transport planning and report creation.
• You maintain telephone, written or personal contact at reception with patients/customers, insurance companies and other departments of the clinic (physiotherapy and occupational therapy, foundation, social services, patient administration and technical service).
• You handle enquiries for rental equipment including the associated administration and the handover of devices.
• You are responsible for the management and organisation of the new device, exhibition, second-hand and rental pools.
• You support the employees of the rehabilitation technology departments (everyday aids, service & repairs, new and sports equipment, special construction SOB), orthopaedic technology and supply chain management with your foreign language skills.

• For this versatile commercial role, you have completed commercial training and ideally bring industry knowledge.
• Good language skills in French and/or Italian are desirable for this position.
• Knowledge in scheduling and appointment planning is an advantage.
