Clerk Import and Export 60% (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF78,000 - 84,500Responsibilities:
Organisation and monitoring of international import and export shipments
Coordination of delivery dates with transport service providers and internal departments
Recording and processing of piece goods orders including transport registration
Processing of purchase orders and posting of goods receipts in the ERP system
Obtaining supplier quotations and handling incoming enquiries
Maintenance of article master data and logistics-relevant information
Organisation of goods returns from the customer area
Support with the annual inventory and deputising in property and vehicle management
Qualifications:
Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally supplemented by further training in purchasing
Professional experience in international transport logistics with a focus on Europe
Good user knowledge of MS Excel and Word
Experience with ERP systems, ideally supplemented by MS CRM knowledge
Precise, efficient and structured way of working
High reliability, resilience and strong sense of responsibility
Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
French skills are an advantage
