Your Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the service department – professionally, personnel-wise, organisationally, technically, and economically.
- Ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and timely order processing.
- Responsibility for deployment planning, resource management, and budget control.
- Supporting sales in calculation, offer preparation, and customer consultation.
- Continuous optimisation of service processes as well as the introduction of digital tools and modern working methods.
- Active market development and further development of the service business.
Your Profile
- Completed basic training in building technology, specialising in heating or sanitary, supplemented by appropriate further training – for example as a master craftsman with a federal diploma, technician HF, engineer FH, or technical business administrator. Equivalent further training is also welcome.
- Several years of experience in the sanitary/heating service business as well as leadership experience in a comparable position.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high customer orientation, and a pronounced quality awareness.
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style.
- Confident handling of modern IT systems (ERP, MS Office, mobile service tools).
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with people.
