Assistant Client Advisor / Office Manager 80-100 %.
You are team-oriented, inspire clients with your dynamic and professional appearance, have an interest in challenging projects, are well organised and accustomed to working carefully and efficiently under time pressure.

Your tasks
- Responsible for professional correspondence with clients, business partners and internal teams personally, by telephone and by e-mail
- Support in acquiring new client relationships as well as onboarding new clients
- Recording and processing of stock exchange orders
- Support with research and preparations for client meetings and projects, e.g. market analyses, data preparation and reporting
- Interface to custodian banks and other external specialists
- Active participation in internal projects
- Support client reception and telephone service
Responsibility for office management (e.g. ordering office supplies, mailings, intranet, coordination of external service providers, etc.)
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or similar qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably in the finance, fiduciary sector or a law firm
- Basic knowledge and interest in financial markets and economic topics
- High reliability, structured working method and a pronounced attention to detail
- Efficient, flexible and independent organisation and coordination of tasks and people
- Experience in handling confidential information and a high degree of discretion
- Interest in familiarising yourself with new subject areas and participating in projects
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems and document management software is a plus
- Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
