About the job
Located on the 7th floor of the Hôtel Beaulac, a superior 4-star establishment, WAVES is our iconic rooftop, offering a spectacular view of Lake Neuchâtel, the Alps, and the city. Recognised among the most beautiful rooftops in Switzerland and Europe, WAVES is much more than a restaurant and bar: it is a true destination where gastronomy, cocktails, music, atmosphere, and hospitality come together.
We are currently looking for a passionate Outlet Manager who is deeply hands-on and ready to take a key role in the development of WAVES.
Your mission:
As Outlet Manager, you are the conductor of the WAVES experience.
Present on the ground, you ensure the quality of service, smooth operations, and customer satisfaction. You lead a team including front-of-house and bar staff, developing their skills through close management based on leading by example, trust, and empowerment.

Finally, you actively contribute to the commercial performance and development of WAVES by working on upselling, customer loyalty, and the evolution of the offer.
