You are professionally responsible for the pharmacy and manage it independently
Every pharmacy is different: You strengthen what makes your location special
You actively contribute suggestions and ideas and help optimise processes across the group
Lead and coach employees, recruit and integrate: You coordinate tasks and projects within the team
You expertly support students or trainees
Your keen eyes miss nothing: You ensure quality is always maintained

Completed pharmacy degree with FPH or BAB
You want to make a difference and handle responsibility well
With your motivating and appreciative manner, you advance the pharmacy and your team
You enjoy sharing your know-how and value mutual exchange
You are interested in working for a group-wide company and utilising the resulting synergies
German at least level B2
