Your Tasks

• You take over the management and further development of small to medium-sized projects in the field of building automation.
• Independent planning and implementation – from concept development through detailed planning to successful realisation and commissioning – are also part of your duties.
• You are the central contact person for customers in both technical and economic matters.
• You coordinate collaboration with the various trades on site and communicate professionally with all project participants.
• You actively support the establishment and further development of the location in the field of building automation.
• You maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers and projects through targeted market cultivation.
• You identify market opportunities, build a regional network with clients, planners, architects and represent E3 HVAC AG in the market.

Your Profile

• You have completed a technical education as well as further training in building technology and building automation.
• Ideally, you have already participated in or led building automation projects.
• Additionally, you bring experience as a project manager and an interest in digitalisation topics and their further development.
• You enjoy dealing with customers and are confident in the market environment.
• With your sales flair, you recognise customer needs and develop suitable solutions and business opportunities from them.
• You convince with your confident manner, initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and the will to help shape and successfully develop a location.
