About the job
As a key pillar in the newly established division, you develop intelligent applications that noticeably optimise complex operational processes. An exciting challenge in the Swiss Midlands region!
What awaits you
Strategic Co-Design: You analyse the requirements of the specialist departments, design customised test series, and accompany the implementation of the solutions as the central contact person.
End-to-End Responsibility: You realise forward-looking AI applications and autonomous agents – from the initial feasibility study through prototype development to transfer into
live operation.
Quality Management: You establish automated validation and testing procedures to ensure the performance and stability of AI models during updates or model changes.
DevOps & Data Engineering: You are responsible for the provision and operation of the software according to agile DevOps principles.
Tech Evaluation: You examine and assess external third-party and software solutions for their technical feasibility and suitability for integration.
What you bring to this position
Academic Foundation: A successfully completed Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline (FH/University) – ideally complemented by several years of professional experience in a comparable environment.
Expertise in Quality Management of AI Systems: You analyse the causes of malfunctions and systematically optimise response quality through clear metrics.
Holistic Architectural Understanding: You strategically plan data flows and interfaces from the outset and work closely with interface teams.
Strong Communication Engineering: Direct interaction with people is as important to you as modelling. Requirement analysis and rollout support are integral parts of your development process.
Solid Tech Stack Knowledge: You bring practical experience with cloud infrastructures (preferably Azure), container solutions, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong Language Skills: Excellent German skills, both spoken and written, as well as good English skills complete your profile.
Methodological Competence: You possess solid knowledge in statistics as well as in classical machine learning methods.
You can expect a modern corporate culture with plenty of scope for creativity, flexible working time models (including a high proportion of home office) in the Swiss Midlands, as well as excellent training opportunities.
