Your main tasks:

• Ensuring parts availability and delivery readiness through professional inventory management
• Scheduling, purchasing and selling parts, accessories and add-ons for all divisions
• Optimal organisation and execution of goods receipt, dispatch, warehouse organisation and returns of parts
• Ensuring smooth processes and functionality within the department: staff deployment planning, order and cleanliness, functionality in all respects
• Maintaining parts master data in the system and warehouse as well as conducting inventory
• Responsibility for results in your area
• Management using key figures
• Personnel management
• Conducting regular stock analyses and optimal inventory management
• Ensuring customer- and service-oriented behaviour of employees

Your profile:

• Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry in a managerial position,
• preferably in a BMW dealership
• You are familiar with BMW and MINI products
• Sound technical and commercial understanding
• Good IT skills including MS Office
• You act as a role model regarding company values and mission statement
• Confident appearance, personal authority and high commitment
• Polite manners and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you
• Flexibility, resilience and high dedication
• Completed commercial and/or technical training
• Driving licence class B
• Dialogue and conflict capability
• Organised and systematic
