BUSINESS UNIT MANAGER: WASTEWATER (m/f/d)
immediately or by arrangement
What you can achieve
- Overall responsibility for the organisation, further development and sustainable success of the Wastewater business unit in Northwestern Switzerland
- Leadership of a team of engineers, technicians and designers; possibly the option of co-management
- Responsibility for projects in the field of wastewater technology (industrial and municipal), from concept study to commissioning
- Collaboration and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams consisting of internal and external specialist planners to implement interesting and future-oriented projects
- Maintenance of existing customer relationships and acquisition as well as expansion of new customers and contracts
- Opportunity to participate in and further develop the wastewater competence area within the HOLINGER Group
Your skills are
- Completed university degree in a technical or scientific field
- Several years of professional experience, ideally in wastewater, process and environmental technology
- Leadership experience of interdisciplinary teams
- Business management understanding and interest in corporate development, project management, efficiency orientation and innovation
- Experience in acquisition and dealing with clients from the public and industrial sectors
- Committed, entrepreneurial personality with good communication and negotiation skills
- Inspiring, empathetic and integrative leadership personality with high social competence
