The Compensation Office of the Swiss Trade Association – based in Bern – is a large association compensation office with 60 employees. The compensation office acts as the implementing agency for around 10,000 companies from over 30 industries in the area of AHV/IV/EO as well as for 26 cantonal family allowance schemes. Customer Advisor Occupational Pension Scheme
(60 - 100% workload possible and selectable)

Your area of responsibility: You will strengthen the existing customer advisory team and, after targeted induction, be responsible for:

• Customer advice, support and acquisition in the pension fund area
• Conducting support and acquisition visits on site with customers and potential new customers
• Initiating and implementing measures for contract adjustment and contract renewal
• Developing and presenting pension solutions
• Quotation and contract management
• Assisting in the further development of systematic customer relationship management as well as competent and sustainable customer care
• Cross-selling activities with customers and new customers in the area of the 1st pillar

Your profile: The successful fulfilment of the above-mentioned tasks requires:

• a commercial basic education
• professional experience in the field of social insurance or pension provision
• professional experience or further training in occupational pension schemes is an advantage
• enjoyment, flair and experience in customer contact and customer advice, possibly even already in field service
• strong service orientation, sociability, open and winning manner
• confident German language skills as well as good French and/or Italian skills
