Customer Advisor Occupational Pension 80–100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Advising our insured persons and the possibility to conduct presentation events
• Ensuring efficient customer service in the area of active insured persons
• Advising and preparing various types of provisional pension calculations
• Presenting the different purchase options
• Responsible for administrative tasks in the area of home ownership promotion (WEF)

Your profile

• A completed commercial or equivalent basic education, preferably with experience at a pension institution in the insurance sector
• Native German speaker; you can use Italian or French skills at any time
• Team player, highly committed, independent, customer-oriented with good communication skills, characterised by precise working methods
• You find working with numbers easy
