Founded in 1988, Kehlhof Garage AG has been an official Volvo dealership since 1994. Under owner Albin Herzog, Marco Vollenweider now continues to run the family business as Managing Director. Our 16-member team offers personal service as well as maintenance and repairs for all brands in a modernly equipped workshop.

Due to a succession arrangement for our Steinmaur location, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, dynamic and motivated individual for the position of Sales Assistant (100%).

Your tasks:

• Sales support: Administrative support of our sales team in daily business
• Customer care: Friendly reception and support of our customers before, during and after the vehicle purchase
• Scheduling: Planning, organisation and coordination of vehicle orders
• Vehicle handovers: Preparation and organisation of vehicle handovers to customers and partners
• Vehicle management: Maintenance and administration of our vehicle inventory as well as ongoing updating of vehicle data
• Advertisements: Creation, publication and management of vehicle advertisements on various online platforms
• Correspondence: Support with quotations, contracts, vehicle documentation and general sales administration

Your profile:

• Basic: Completed apprenticeship as a merchant or comparable training, ideally in the automotive trade.
• Industry know-how: Experience in a garage business or automotive environment is an advantage.
• Organisational talent: You work in a structured way, keep an overview and set priorities correctly even in hectic situations.
• Communication skills: You convince with a friendly, professional and service-oriented manner with customers and business partners.
• Responsibility: You work reliably, independently and with high accuracy.
• Can-do attitude: You are ready to question existing processes and actively contribute to improvements.
• Team spirit: You like to support your team and contribute to positive collaboration.
