We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented dining room manager to lead our TRIBE Table restaurant dining team at the TRIBE Hotel Milan Malpensa. If you have a passion for hospitality and want to work in an innovative and professional environment, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise dining room service

• Welcome and assist customers ensuring a high-level experience

• Manage and train dining room staff

• Collaborate with the kitchen to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Manage reservations and dining room organization

• Maintain the image and quality standards of the restaurant

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as Maître d' or Head Waiter

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation

• Knowledge of service techniques and HACCP standards

• Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English

• Flexible hours, availability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
