What do you do as a Sales Specialist (m/f/d) Cleaning in the Building Cleaning and Transport Sector at DR.SCHNELL

• You take on national support and further development of existing customers in the building cleaning and transport sector
• You acquire new customers with a strong focus and build long-term strategic relationships with existing and new key customers
• You competently support our partners with all application-technical challenges in theory and practice, from home and on site
• You form the interface between end customers, specialist departments at DR.SCHNELL, our trading partners and us
• You prepare calculations and offers for your target customers
• You are responsible for market and competitor monitoring in your markets
• You organise your appointments and assignments independently and responsibly together with our customers and the team and have a high degree of discipline and personal responsibility

What you bring with you

• Completed training in commercial or technical fields or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience preferably in building cleaning or facility management
• Practical, well-founded sales and industry experience in the B2B sector
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, preferably also CRM knowledge (Salesforce)
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as high self-motivation, sense of responsibility, honesty, transparency, curiosity and SME pragmatism
• Strong personal presence and good communication skills in German and French (spoken, written)
• Committed team player attitude with a high degree of independence, agility and flexibility

• Sustainability and closeness to nature are also highly valued by you
• Residence in Switzerland (Mittelland, Northwestern Switzerland), driving licence B required
