Introduction

On behalf of our client, a likeable, renowned and rapidly growing Spitex organisation (PA model) with a friendly corporate culture (locations including the cities of Bern and Zurich, central location, parking in front of the building), we are looking to expand the multicultural team for the new office in Bern (directly at the train station) by recruiting an experienced FaGe for coordination and case management.

Type of Work

In this versatile role, you will be part of a collegial, dynamic team (qualified nurse/FaGe/PA in care) and, as a competent professional, take on the support/coaching of the caregiving relatives (PA) who provide care for clients on site. You will participate in case management, conduct needs assessments on site, and support the PAs with regular visits to clients and in their training/instruction. You will assist with case documentation, coordinate billing with health insurance companies, and ensure optimal client care and delivery of nursing services. As a communicative personality, you will also find it easy to actively collaborate and exchange information with internal departments (deployment planning, qualified nursing colleagues) as well as external contacts (authorities, health insurers, caregiving relatives, and care team). You will work regular hours (Monday to Friday, approx. 08:00–17:00 – flexibly arranged).

Requirements Profile

To be successful in this exciting job, you have completed training as a Health Specialist (FaGe) or an equivalent education and/or further training (or are currently in training). You have already gained diverse practical experience in coordination within the nursing sector (ideally including Spitex). You enjoy supporting a wide variety of people in everyday life, instructing and accompanying relatives in care, and building a professional relationship based on trust. You communicate fluently in German and Albanian. You work with a high degree of independence, are well organised, and possess great empathy as well as a healthy sense of humour.
